The terms and conditions are as under:

• Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Assistant Director Works on any working day during the office hours on written request on proper letter head along with company profile on the submission of bank draft (in original)  in favor of Treasurer University of Swabi as tender documents cost.(None refundable).
• Items rates and amount should be filled in figures as well as in words and should be in accordance   with general directions given in the tender documents. Over writing and cutting will not be acceptable.
• Incomplete or conditional tender will be liable to rejection straight away without assigning any reason thereof.
• No tender form will be issued to any person except the owner of the firm/contractor.
• Those firms / contractors who are involved in litigations in any department /organization are not allowed to participate in tendering process.
• The successful bidder at his own cost and efforts will procure all sort of related material /equipment.
• Telegraphic /fax/incomplete/after due date request will not be considered for issue of bid documents.
• Biding documents in proper sealed envelope will be received in the office of Assistant Director works by 02:00 pm up to 7^th January, 2015 and will be opened by the tender opening committee in the presence of the contesting contractor /their authorized representative on same day at 03:00 PM
• All the firms /contractor will be bound for strict compliance of all terms and conditions issued by Govt / University of Swabi authorities from time to time.
• The Procuring Entity may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. The procuring entity shall upon request communicate to any contractor who submitted a bid or proposal the grounds for rejection of all bids or proposals.
• All taxes / deduction will be made as per Govt, Rules amended /revised from time to time.

Sealed bids must be accompanied by bid security in form of deposit receipt (CDR) bank draft /pay order or bank guaranty in original from scheduled bank of Pakistan in the name of treasurer, University of Swabi.
