  1. Sealed bids, on prescribed tender forms, are invited from reputed firms/suppliers duly registered with Sales and Income Tax Departments for the purchase of above mentioned items. The Tender Documents containing detailed specifications of the items,  terms & condition and Tender Form can be obtained from the office of the Treasurer/ Secretary, Central Purchase Committee, University of Swabi during office hours on any working day by depositing Rs.2000/-(non- refundable) in form of Bank Draft in Account No. 0323-204588555 UBL Main Branch Swabi. Original receipt of Bank Draft must be attached with Tender Form.
  2. Bids complete in all respect should reach the office of Secretary Central Purchase Committee, University of Swabi latest by April 26, 2014, 01:00pm and will be opened on the same day at 02:00 pm in presence of bidders or their nominees, who desire to be present. Bids must be in sealed envelopes with written on top “Quotation for purchase of Furniture, IT items etc.” written on them. Earnest Money of the tender will be Rs. 200,000/- (Two Lac only) in the form of Bank Draft in favor of Treasurer University of Swabi, Account No. 0323-204588555 UBL Main Branch Swabi..  
  3. The incomplete proposals / tenders shall be straight away rejected. The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept / reject any part or the entire tender without assigning any reason(s). The number of item (s) can be increase or decrease according to the need.

Note:    All relevant taxes (sales tax, income tax etc.) pertaining to the said supply will be deducted as per Rules. This Tender Notice is also available on University of Swabi website  www.uoswabi.edu.pk
